Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support one of our clients with appointment coordination, lead engagement, and front-line customer interaction. This role may involve managing schedules, conducting follow-ups, and identifying qualified prospects within a sales process. The ideal candidate could bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an understanding of lead nurturing within a sales funnel environment.

Tasks:

  • Set appointments for prospective clients and manage the calendar for the team members as needed.
  • Warm call leads to set up appointments and follow up with them to ensure they attend their appointments.
  • Answer customer service calls and take any messages or notes to pass on to the interested parties.
  • Have a basic understanding of sales funnels to determine if a lead can become a client.

Qualifications:

  • English mandatory
  • 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
