How much should I charge a client?

At Virtual Latinos, monthly pay ranges from $1,000 to $2,900 USD for full-time roles, with part-time rates prorated. Compensation varies by position and experience.

The hourly rate you will earn when working with a Virtual Latinos client will depend on the job you are hired for, your skill level, your experience, and how much the client is willing and capable of paying.

Each job opening has a rate range displayed at the end of the post, giving you a good idea of how much you could earn if you get hired for that job. The final rate will be determined by the Virtual Latinos team, based on your experience and expertise. Those Virtual Assistants and Virtual Professionals with specialized training and more work experience can earn a greater amount for their skills and expertise.

The rate you start with does not necessarily mean that it is the rate you will have throughout your entire work relationship. Some clients give out bonuses or commissions for great performance and others even promote their VAs or give them a salary raise. It varies by case.
