Welcome to the journey of becoming part of our VL Community! To help us find the perfect company match for you, we need to understand more about your background and skills.

Here are key points to keep in mind when completing your full application:

1. Access the VL Portal

Begin by checking your email for the link to the VL Portal. Use your credentials to complete your Full Application. The process should take around 20-30 minutes, excluding the required tests.

Important: Please submit all documents through the VL Portal. Only send files via email if requested by our team. Please consider that all documents and links MUST meet all requirements stated below, otherwise, we may take longer to process your information, or your application could be rejected.

2. General Information

Complete basic details about yourself, including your name, location, and citizenship. You’ll also need to upload your Internet Speed test.

3. Current Work Status

Share your career highlights and aspirations, including your work experience, preferred roles, and ideal work schedule.

4. Education & Professional Background

Tell us about your educational background and attach your up-to-date resume in English. Include your LinkedIn profile and any relevant portfolios.

5. English Skills & Language Proficiency

Take the required 90-minute EF SET English test. Ensure your results meet our minimum standards (C1 level). You’ll also need to submit a voice sample in English.

6. Analytical Assessment

Complete a brief test to demonstrate your attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Agreement

Review and agree to our terms and conditions.
