Reimbursement Policy
Virtual Latinos will provide a reimbursement for the essential HIPAA Awareness training course. Whether you choose to take the course individually or as part of a bundle, you will be reimbursed for the HIPAA Awareness Training Course amount at checkout, which is $24.99. Reimbursement eligibility details are outlined below.
- For virtual assistants who have completed the HIPAA Awareness Training Course or the bundle, but have not been hired yet, your reimbursement bonus payout will occur within 10 pay periods (20 weeks) after the date you are hired within the healthcare industry.
- For hired virtual assistants employed within the healthcare industry who have completed the HIPAA Awareness Training Course or the bundle, your reimbursement bonus payout will occur within 10 pay periods (20 weeks) from the date you received the course certificate.
