Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support one of our clients with multichannel customer service and account coordination. This role may include engaging with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide timely assistance, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate could bring experience from call center or BPO environments, a strong grasp of technical troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering professional, empathetic communication across platforms. Flexibility, critical thinking, and a service-oriented mindset would be key traits for success in this position.

Tasks:

  • Account management: Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Use their call center or BPO environment experience to provide excellent customer service and client support calls.
  • Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring that the communication is professional and helpful.
  • Provide live chat support to address customer inquiries and concerns and resolve issues in real time, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize multichannel support communication to engage with customers, including email, live chat, and phone support.
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • English mandatory
  • 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
